Serving customers for over 30 years, Pool Tech, a family owned and operated company, is one of the oldest and most experienced companies on the shore. Owner and President Bill Culver started Pool Tech in the late 1970's. An honest and hardworking man, Bill has always prided himself on strong family values and a commitment to fairness and excellence to his customers and employees.

Jaime Toner, Vice President of Sales and Design, is committed to offering clients the absolute highest quality and finest value in the industry. When designing a pool, Jaime will consider the style of your home, the desired location and sun exposure of the pool, access, and even the views from inside your home and from the pool and sitting areas. Creating the perfect ambiance involves blending the natural landscape characteristics with your home's unique architecture, and balancing that with your family's individual needs. Jaime will accomplish all this within the parameters of your specified budget. This is the essence of Pool Tech pool design.

Andrew Culver, Vice President of Service and Renovations, is committed to implementing the quality that Pool Tech demands of its projects while maintaining timeliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Andrew's excellent customer service skills aid him in allowing clients to realize a smooth process for a large construction project in their backyards.  Also benefiting clients are Andrew's certifications from our equipment vendor and knowledge on properly operating the swimming pools and spas, remote systems, proper maintenance, service and renovation. This is the essence of Pool Tech service and renovations.

The Pool Tech Office Staff includes Trish Kenney, Senior Designer/Retail Manager, Bridget Moore, Purchasing/Technical Advisor, and Cindy Jansen, Accounting/Service Coordinator. Together they have over 20 years of combined service working for Pool Tech. Trish is a kind and passionate individual that will put her clients' interests and goals first in working with and designing their swimming pool construction projects. Trish ensures that the retail showroom is able to satisfy your pool and spa supply needs. Bridget coordinates with the designers purchasing the materials necessary to transform the clients' vision into reality. Bridget has earned many technical certifications from industry vendors during her tenure at Pool Tech and is able to use her expertise to benefit our clients. Cindy oversees the financial management of Pool Tech. Cindy is also responsible for coordinating the many facets that are required to meet our client's service needs including fielding service requests, work order distribution and change order requests. Cindy's attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively ensures that our clients service needs are met to our high standards of quality and completed in a timely manner.

Pool Tech Service Technicians have over 100 years of combined service working for Pool Tech giving them the skills and knowledge needed for proper pool construction, renovation, and service. From Spring pool opening to Fall pool closing to routine pool service, pool construction, pool renovation and pool repair, Pool Tech Service Technicians have the skills and qualifications required to meet Pool Tech's high quality standards. An ever-ready fleet of Pool Tech service vans and trucks allows our workforce to quickly and correctly provide pool construction, renovation and service throughout the Eastern Shore.
