COMMON HOT TUB PROBLEMS
Does your hot tub require service or a repair? Our team of spa technicians are on it. The moment you notice that something isn’t working correctly, whether it be a broken jet or simply the fact that the water isn’t heating, contact our service department. We will work with you to schedule a service appointment at your earliest convenience, so that you can get back to enjoying the warmth and luxury of your spa – while we take care of the rest.

DIRTY WATER
Nobody wants to soak in spa water that isn’t crystal clear. If the water in your hot tub is murky, foamy or cloudy, you may need to clean or replace your filter. Start by testing the water with a test strip kit and treat the water as needed to correct and balance the chemistry. If cleaning or replacing your filter doesn’t work, you may need to change the water completely.

BROKEN JET
Is one or multiple jets not functioning? There could be a variety of reasons as to why this is happening, but the most likely is that the filter is clogged or that the hot tub isn’t full of enough water. This can allow too much air to work its way into the jet system, resulting in a minor malfunction.

COLD WATER
If your hot tub isn’t heating properly, it may be due to an issue with the heater, circulation system or even an internal issue with the circulation system. We suggest requesting service, rather than trying to fix this yourself, as it can prove to be a more complex problem. Allowing a professional to diagnose and correct the issue can help preserve the quality of your spa and reduce the risk of more damage.
COMMON SWIMMING POOL PROBLEMS
Your outdoor swimming pool area is an extension of your home. The last thing you want is to find out that there is a problem with your swimming pool, which is why our team of professional service technicians are here to help. Our team of pool maintenance and repair experts are the best choice when it comes to treating common issues such as algae growth, unbalanced water, leaks, and broken filters, among many others. No matter the issue, give us a call and we will send a specialist to your home as soon as possible to inspect, diagnose and treat the issue. Let us handle the hard work, so you can get back to enjoying the water.

Algae
Your best plan of action to reduce and eliminate the algae is to use a combination of water care products and TLC. Start by shocking your pool with a chlorine shock product and then use a brush to scrub the floors, walls, ladder, and any other accessories. It may take 1-3 days for the algae to clear up completely. You may also want to test your pool water and track the pH levels, adjusting as needed. Continue to test, treat, clean, and vacuum the pool daily until the algae issue is resolved.

UNBALANCED WATER
The pH and alkalinity levels of your swimming pool water can make or break the quality. Acidic pool water can lead to the corrosion of pool equipment, etch surfaces and cause skin, nose and eye irritations. On the other hand, water that is too alkaline can lead to cloudy or murky water and cause scaling on the surface of your pool and plumbing equipment. Not to mention that the pH and alkaline levels of your pool water can even interfere with the effectiveness of your chlorine and disinfection process. Keep your pH and alkalinity levels in check with test strips, water care products and help from a friendly service technician.

Pool Leaks
Do you suspect that your pool has a leak? Pools often lose about ¼ to ½ inch of water per day due to evaporation. This number can fluctuate depending on your climate and location. Much more than that and you may have a leak on your hands. There are a few ways to test this yourself at home, but the best way to determine if your pool has a leak or not is to have an expert inspect the pool. Simply give our pool service department a call or visit us in person to schedule a pool service appointment. We will have your pool up and running in no time at all!
